1. Operational Agreement
By accessing Aegiswatch (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Platform is designed for strategic intelligence and situation awareness. Unauthorized use including data scraping or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
2. No Tactical Reliance
Aegiswatch is not a replacement for official emergency services.
Users acknowledge that the Platform aggregates data from various sources which may be unverified. Decisions involving life-safety, tactical maneuvers, or emergency protocols must be based on official government or law enforcement directives.
3. Subscription & Access
Certain tactical features require a 'Subscriber' status. Access is granted at the discretion of Aegiswatch Operations and may be revoked for violations of usage protocols.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegiswatch shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on inaccurate geospatial data.
